NutZino Chocolate Mousse


  It makes about six medium sized servings of a rich, smooth mousse with a zesty flavour. Chocoholics will love it! It can be kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours prior to serving.


  1. Break up chocolate and kremelta.
  2. Combine with water, melt slowly over hot water.
  3. Remove from heat and stir for 5 minutes
  4. Separate egg yolks from whites
  5. Mix yolks with warm chocolate mixture
  6. Add NutZino
  7. Beat cream until thick
  8. Beat egg whites stiff
  9. Fold egg whites and cream into cooled chocolate mixture.
  10. Pour into serving glasses/ bowls.
  11. Cool for one hour
  12. Serve.

NutZino Walnut & Maple IceCream


  Vary the ingredients to suit the number of expected guests.


  1. Spoon ice cream into serving glasses or bowls.
  2. Mix chopped walnuts into the ice cream as you serve.
  3. Save a little of the walnuts to sprinkle on top of the ice cream when you have sufficient in each bowl.
  4. Spoon maple syrup over the top of the ice cream & nuts in each bowl.
  5. Spoon half a tablespoon of NutZino over the top in each bowl.
  6. Serve.
